Band Hub Support

1. Sign in with your Apple ID. Band Hub uses iCloud to sync your data.
2. Create a band or accept an invitation from a bandmate.
3. Invite members from the Band tab.
4. Fill out your Hub: bios, photos, links, and videos.
5. Use Projects to plan your next move and Votes to make decisions together.

Three cards

Swipe between three cards: Activity shows recent band activity, Hub shows your content, and Next Up surfaces items needing attention.

Copy-first design

Tap the copy icon next to any bio, link, or video URL to copy it to your clipboard for quick sharing.

Logo & hero photos

Admins can set a band logo and hero photos from Settings. The logo displays at the top of the Hub. Hero photos show beneath it with optional filters.

Customize

Reorder Hub sections from Settings to arrange content the way your band prefers.

Project Board

Create projects from 7 curated templates (Book a Regional Run, Record an EP, Launch Merch, and more) or start a custom project. Each template has sequential steps that guide your band through the process.

Steps

Claim a step to own it. Mark steps complete as you go. Template projects enforce sequential order, so you finish one step before the next unlocks.

Proposals

Access Proposals from the Projects toolbar menu. Pitch ideas with Yes/No/Maybe reactions and comments. Accepted proposals promote directly to projects.

Make band decisions together with structured votes.

Three vote types

• Date Selection:pick one or more dates
• Option Selection:choose between options
• Approval:yes, no, or abstain

Deadlines

Every vote has a mandatory deadline. Votes auto-close when the deadline passes. You can change your vote before the deadline.

Sharing

Share a vote summary with non-app members via iMessage using the share button.

Show Review

After a gig, each member submits an independent review covering crowd energy, sound quality, venue rating, pay level, and merch take. Reviews build a venue history over time.

Feed sources

Connect BandHelper or Bandsintown to auto-import past shows, or add shows manually.

Availability

Band Hub reads your iOS calendars (with permission) and shows band-wide availability. Set a gig window, filter calendars, and add manual blackout dates. Green/Yellow/Red availability at a glance.

Members

View member profiles with field-level privacy controls. Each member chooses what to share.

Documents

Store band documents (contracts, riders, stage plots). Admins can lock documents to prevent changes.

Form Generators

Auto-generate Venue Outreach letters, Show Confirmations, Private Event Quotes, and EPK pitch emails, all pre-populated from your band's data.

Assets & Rates Card

Asset Library holds logos, press photos, and stage plots with version control. The Rates Card stores your pricing, booking contact, and external agent info.

Cards

Admin creates principle cards (e.g., "We split pay equally," "Everyone loads gear"). Members swipe through and acknowledge them.

New member onboarding

When acknowledgment is required, new members see Foundation Principles as a full-screen onboarding before accessing the band.

Tap the gear icon on the Hub page to access Settings.

Band

• Notifications:configure per-band push notification preferences
• Hero Photos:add, remove, and apply filters to hero banner photos
• Reorder Hub Sections:arrange Hub content in your preferred order

Admin

• Rename Band:change the band's display name
• Hub Logo:choose a logo from your Asset Library
• Transfer Admin:hand admin rights to another member
• Dissolve Band:permanently delete the band and all its data
